A GUIDE TO LETTING YOUR PROPERTY
Filling your rooms and receiving top market rents is easy with Pegasus.
Compliance
We will ensure your property is fully compliant with the latest regulations - you may have all the relevant documentation already but if not, and you need EPCs, gas certificates or an EICR, for example, then we can arrange this ASAP.
Viewings and Offers
We will ensure your property is marketed to reach the widest possible audience and subsequently book in viewings until we find the most suitable tenant for you.

Visit & Introduction
We will come out to your property, introduce ourselves and advise the best way to move forward with letting your property.
Property Presentation
We will advise the best way to proceed with preparing your property for new tenants (if it needs anything doing at all!) - we have a professional cleaner plus our maintenance guys to help bring the property up to scratch if necessary.
Completion
Once the property is let, you will receive monthly rental income plus super handy monthly updates to keep you in the loop with any works that have been completed throughout the month.
